About the Firm

The professional services history of Churchill Michelson Wylie Professional Corporation extends over 20 years.  Effective October 1, 2016, Cameron Churchill, CPA, CA and Brad Michelson, CPA, CA joined the partnership of Ken Wylie Professional Corporation along with Ken Wylie, CPA, CMA, with a subsequent corporate name change.


The company employs experienced individuals with CPA, CA, CGA, and CMA designations, as well as tax and bookkeeping specialists who have decades of experience in corporate tax, personal tax, and accounting for incorporated and unincorporated businesses.






Cameron Churchill, CPA, CA

Cameron obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2008 while with Deloitte, and has gained a broad range of experience with both private and public companies in oil and gas, oil and gas services, and most recently consulting with a land developer and multi-family home builder.  With over 10 years of experience, Cameron has obtained depth of understanding in audit and review engagements, financial statement preparation, business performance evaluation and improvement, and corporate and personal financial and tax related issues.


Brad Michelson, CPA, CA

Brad obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2007 and has since held progressive roles in the oil and gas services industry, with his most recent role being the Director, Corporate Finance for Newalta.  Brad brings to the firm a breadth of finance and accounting experience, over a decade of review engagement experience, business performance evaluation and improvement, and personal and corporate tax knowledge. 


Ken Wylie, CPA, CMA

Ken obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1980.  Prior to founding Ken Wylie Professional Corporation (predecessor to Churchill Michelson Wylie), Ken held diverse roles in the oil and gas service, transportation, and construction industries, as well as the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), after which he opened his own Professional Accounting Firm gaining extensive experience in Review and Notice to Reader engagements, corporate and personal tax matters, including estates and trusts, and business consulting.  Ken is a highly respected member of the Airdrie business community, recognizing his significant involvement in cultivating and partnering with citizens and businesses in the community.
